Rates

Below are my fees for services.

• One hour individual session is $140.00
• 1 hours Skills Training Group is $60.00 per session.
• Couples sessions are $160.00 per 60 minute session.
• Rates can be modified due to financial hardship.
• Payment for sessions, co-payments for insured clients, are due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.
• I am contracted with the following insurance companies; HEALTH NET, CIGNA/EVERNORTH, TRICARE WEST, OPTUM, UBH, and UHC. Please call your provider to verify co-payments and benefits.
• I will also bill other insurance companies with Out of Network Benefits.
